The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course is designed for certified divers who want to build confidence, improve diving skills, and explore more advanced dive environments. Guided by certified PADI instructors, the course includes a series of adventure dives that allow divers to gain practical experience while discovering the vibrant underwater world around Redang Island.

Participants must hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent) and meet the minimum health and safety requirements for scuba diving. A medical questionnaire must be completed before the course begins.

Diving Course: The course requires participants to complete five adventure dives, including the mandatory Deep Dive and Underwater Navigation Dive, along with three additional adventure dives selected based on conditions and instructor recommendation. Upon successful completion, participants will receive the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification, allowing divers to dive up to 30 metres.

Stay: The resort offers a wide selection of rooms in different sizes and layouts, with views ranging from sea view and pool view to garden view, catering to different preferences and travel needs. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and essential in-room amenities for a comfortable stay.

Meals: Meals are served buffet-style and are simple and satisfying, designed to complement the all-inclusive package. The menu features a mix of local Malaysian dishes and selected international options, with halal meals provided. Meals are served according to the resort’s daily schedule.

REMARKS

  • All prices are quoted in RM per person and are subject to 8% SST (effective from 1 March 2024).
  • Rates are based on per person sharing. A minimum of 2 adults is required per room for child rates to apply.
  • Child rate applies to ages 4–11 years (based on year of birth). Supporting documents (MyKid/Passport) are required upon booking confirmation.
  • Toddler fee: RM90 per child aged 1–3 years (based on year of birth). Baby cot/bed is not provided.
  • Infants below 1 year old are free of charge (based on year of birth).
  • Surcharges apply per person per night for weekend, peak, and super peak dates, as stated in the surcharge section.
  • The resort is not liable for missed transportation, loss of personal belongings, illness, injury, or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond its control.

    Terms & Conditions

    GENERAL TERMS
    • The Resort reserves the right to amend the quoted rates in the event of errors or new government regulations.
    • The rate quote is fixed for the all-in package. Any unused services, meals, activities, or transfers will not be refunded and no rate adjustment will be made
    • Tourism Tax: RM10/room/night is applicable to all foreign guests.
    • Marine Park Entrance Fee is payable at the Marine Park.
    • Each room must consist of a minimum of two (2) adults.
    • Any loss or damage of equipment, room towels, or room keys will be charged accordingly.

    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
    • Check-in time: From 12:00 PM
    • Check-out time: By 09:00 AM
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
    • The resort reserves the right to charge for unauthorized late check-out.
    • Boat transfer times will be shared at least one (1) day before check-in. Guests who miss the scheduled transfer may request the resort’s assistance to arrange an alternative boat, subject to availability and additional charges. Alternatively, guests may arrange their own transportation at their own cost. The resort is not responsible if no boat services are available after the scheduled transfer time.

    CHILD & INFANT POLICY
    • Child Rate applies to children aged 4 to 11 years, strictly based on year of birth 2015-2022 (for 2026).
    • Infant Rate applies to children aged 1 to 3 years, based on year of birth 2023-2025 (for 2026).
    • MyKid / Passport copies for infants and children must be attached upon booking confirmation.

    RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY
    • A 40% DEPOSIT of the total package rate is required to confirm the reservation.
    • Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the check-in date.
    • All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once confirmed.

    E-INVOICE & BILLING INFORMATION
    • Guests requiring an e-Invoice must request it WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS of receiving the booking confirmation. For bookings made less than three (3) days before check-out, the request must be made before check-out.
    • No e-Invoice will be issued after the above period.
    • Complete and accurate billing details must be provided:

    • Individual: Full Billing Name, Phone Number, Address, IC, Email and Tax Identification Number (TIN)
    • Company: Company Name, Company Address, Company Phone Number and Company Tax Number

    • Once issued, e-Invoices CANNOT be amended. Guests should double-check all billing information before submission.
    • Any costs or consequences from incorrect or incomplete billing details will be borne by the Guest/Company. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
    • Any amendments are permitted ONLY MORE THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS prior to the check-in date and are subject to charges in accordance with the Booking Amendment Policy.
    • Any cancellation, amendment, or no-show WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS before the check-in date is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
    • No refunds or rate adjustments will be granted for early check-out and shortened stays

    BOOKING AMENDMENT POLICY
    • No amendments allowed WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS before check-in. 100% of the total package will be forfeited.
    • For amendments made MORE THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS before check-in:

    • Date change: ONLY one (1) date change is allowed, subject to management approval and room availability. If the new date has a lower rate, the original rate will apply; if the new date has a higher rate, the difference must be paid.
    • Reduction in number of guests (pax): Any reduction will incur a penalty of RM100/guest reduced.

    Cancellation Under Exceptional Circumstances
    • Amendments due to emergency cases are applicable only in the event of serious medical emergencies or the death of an immediate family member. Valid supporting documents must be provided.

    • With valid documentation: 20% of the total package amount will be forfeited.
    • Without valid documentation: the booking will be treated as a no-show, with 100% forfeiture.

    WEATHER & OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
    • The Resort reserve the right to amend or cancel any itinerary, tour, or activity, including altering schedules or substituting vehicles, due to adverse weather, sea conditions, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
    • Snorkelling sites and activity schedules are determined by the resort for safety reasons.
    • Activities are subject to sea and weather conditions on the day.
    • The Resort accepts no liability for missed flights or bus connections, loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury, or death arising from activities beyond the resort's control, or any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

    By confirming a booking, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated herein. The Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice
