These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Redang Islands Marine Adventure Sdn. Bhd.’s Website, located at https://redangholiday.my.
- Reservation is subjected to room availability & based on first come first serve basis.

- Special Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- SST 8% will charges on 1st March 2024 onwards.
- Tourism TAX – RM10/ Room/ Night (non Malaysian only)

Redang Holiday Beach Resort reserves the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational conditions.
- Activity stated is provided on complimentary basis.
No refund will be made for cancellation of activities due to weather or unforeseen operational conditions.
CANCELLATION (Based on per person) — or — NO SHOW :
- 1 Month ——————- > BURN 50% from the total package
- 15 Days ——————- > BURN 75% from the total package.
- Less than 15 Days ——- > BURN 100% from the total package.
NOTE : 40% Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
DATE AMENDMENT :
- Refer room availability – on current rate
- Penalty RM50 per person upon confirmation.

- Please confirm 2 Weeks before arrival.
- Please bank in full payment 2 weeks before check in date.
- Please forward guest name , identity card/passport number.
